In addition to carrying out necessary administrative duties, your duties in this position will include responding to consumer enquiries via chat, email, and phone calls. What you will do: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries and resolve issues. Respond to customer emails and chat requests promptly and professionally. Gather and update customer information in the CRM system. Process orders, track shipments, and resolve order-related issues. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. What we need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
