In your role as a Malayalam Voice Process Executive, you will be in charge of giving our clients outstanding customer service by answering incoming and outgoing calls in Malayalam. What you will do: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information and assistance. Outstanding customer service with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
