Get to know your customers and make sure they're happy. Troubleshoot client concerns and offer suitable fixes or forward complicated problems to the proper departments. Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, both in writing and speaking. Outstanding focus on client satisfaction and customer service orientation. The capacity to respond professionally and sympathetically to consumer questions and grievances excellent comprehension and listening abilities. ability to speak with clients in a straightforward and succinct manner.
