Manage production operations in a supervisory capacity Job Description To join our manufacturing team, we are looking for a Production Supervisor that is results-driven and extremely motivated. In your role as a production supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, guaranteeing effectiveness, quality, and safety while inspiring and managing a group of production employees. What you will do: Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes, identify and troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies. Train and develop production workers, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports What we need: Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
