Recruitment & Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Training & Development: Oversee employee training and development programs, including onboarding, skills training, and career development initiatives. HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
