Apply now for an HR administrator position Job Description Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA Location : Chennai Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday Responsibilities Office Management: Take charge of day-to-day office operations, such as general upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance. Administrative Support: Assist management and employees with administrative tasks such as communication, trip planning, and scheduling. Personnel Administration: Help with duties pertaining to personnel, including employee relations, training, and onboarding. Vendor Management: Work with suppliers to arrange for services including upkeep, cleaning, and shipping. Inventory management: Keep tabs on and maintain office equipment and supply levels. Facilities Management: Keep an eye on the upkeep of the office space, including the utilities and equipment. Skills: Organisational Skills: Outstanding time management and organising abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities. Interpersonal Skills: The capacity to communicate with employees at all levels in an efficient manner.
