Key Responsibilities: Process Optimizations: Analyze, design, and improve production processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize resource use. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience:2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
