Inventory management: Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure materials are purchased on time. Quality Control: Verify that requirements and standards are being followed. Enforce safety laws and encourage a secure workplace to ensure safety compliance. Skills: Technical Knowledge: Excellent comprehension of paint shop procedures, tools, and supplies. Leadership Skills: The capacity to inspire and guide a group of people. Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and address production-related problems.
