Mould Design: Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of injection molds. Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical and economic viability of design concepts. Engineering Changes: Evaluate and implement engineering changes, ensuring compliance with design standards and customer requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and test reports. Quality Assurance: Ensure product designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and purchasing. Skills: CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) Mold Design: Strong understanding of injection molding principles and design considerations. Material Selection: Knowledge of plastic materials and their properties. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
