Introduction of a New Product: Create paint process parameters and do out experiments to support NPI efforts. Examine and address the underlying causes of paint flaws and process malfunctions using root cause analysis. Continuous Improvement: To cut costs, scrap, and defects, apply Six Sigma techniques and lean manufacturing concepts. Data analysis: Examine paint shop data to find patterns and areas that could want improvement. Assure adherence to quality requirements and standards through quality assurance.
