Breakdown Maintenance: Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to utility systems. Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history. Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Skills: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
