Skills: Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
