Position Title Relationship Manager / Senior RM / Executive RM / Assistant Business Manager / Deputy BM Job Role Relationship Manager Reporting To Business Manager Department Bancassurance & Bancassurance - FINCARE Location Branch Offices Job Purpose Drive business through Channel Partners, branch staff, and distribution network. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through activities and use tools for lead generation. Conduct at least 3 new customer meetings daily. Provide after-sales service and upsell to existing customers. Ensure 100% branch staff activation each quarter. Train partner staff on need-based selling and product pitch. Ensure each branch has 2-3 licensed SPs to meet business targets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly MWPI Target Achievement (issuance) = 100%. Branch Activation > 60%. 13th Month Persistency > 80%. NOP Target vs. Achievement. Job Requirements Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Experience 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in insurance (preferably in Banca).
