Senior AR Analyst Drive Efficiency in Medical Billing Job Description Responsibilities • Follow up with payers via phone, email, fax, or online to guarantee prompt resolution of all pending claims. • Fulfils and upholds daily quality and productivity goals set forth in departmental policies. • Utilises the client host system, workflow system, and additional resources at their disposal to settle accounts and collect payments. • Complies with the rules and guidelines set forth for the team or customer. • Being aware of each designated payer's timely filing deadlines. • When necessary, does research on payer-specific billing regulations. Skills: Technical Skills: Knowledge of medical billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and medical billing software. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve billing issues. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
