Assist the Engineering and Quality teams in fixing problems efficiently. Ensure that specific tools are available and being used for Warranty and Customer support. Make sure spares are available for 0 km and warranty servicing, and effectively manage the site inventory needed for upkeep and overhaul. Make careful to include field experience comments at every level to enhance product reliability. Contest the customer's claim and prove the customer's warranty claim is real.
