A sin that shall not be forgiven!

This is a KJV Bible study guide on the unforgivable sin!

What is it? Jesus explains. Believe Him or not; your choice.
Matthew 12:31-32 [important verse]; Mark 3:28-29, 13:11; Luke 12:10.

Who can commit this sin? Only those that disobey the holy spirit when delivered up. In other words, they don't say what they are given or taught by the holy spirit.
Mark 13:9, 11; Luke 12:11-12; Anyone been delivered up yet that you know of?

When can it be committed? During the end times! These are the signs. Sound familiar?
Matthew 24:4-8, 11-12; Mark 13:4-8, 10; Luke 21:7-11;

Who are they delivered up to? The desolator himself; this is one of Satan's names.
Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15; Mark 13:12, 14; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; Hebrews 2:14 [who had the power of death? Death is another of his names.]; Revelation 2:9, 3:9;

Where are they delivered up to? See definition of the word synagogues in a Strong's Concordance.
Mark 13:9 [beaten = brow beaten]; Luke 12:11; Again, has anyone been delivered up yet that you know of?

Those who are delivered up will do what? Give a testimony.
Mark 13:9; Luke 21:13;

Why give a testimony? For the namesake of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 24:9; Luke 21:12-13, 17;

Can an adversary gainsay this testimony? No way!
Luke 21:15; Research the meaning of gainsay yourself. Who is the adversary mentioned here?
1 Peter 5:8; Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: See Acts 6:10 also. Does Satan try to imitate the lion of Judah?

Who gives them the testimony, and how? Jesus through the holy spirit.
Mark 13:11; Luke 12:11-12, 21:15; What does He give you? Truth or lies? God/Jesus cannot lie; see Numbers 23:19 next. He gives you some of His truth to speak, it can't be contradicted (gainsayed).

Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

What happens when you are patient and obedient?
Mark 13:13; Luke 21:18-19. [Mark 4:17 describes one who has no endurance, no patience.]

Jesus tells us exactly what it is. Then He tells us exactly the who, what, when, why, and where concerning this unforgivable sin. Many don't know what to believe. Keep studying, connect the dots, get a much more complete picture of God’s word and plan for our lives.
