Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or MBA with a specialization in HR. Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational and management issues. Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives to drive cultural change and support the company's mission and values. Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruitment Oversight: Manage the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Talent Strategies: Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and leadership programs. Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees. Employee Engagement and Retention: Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Feedback Mechanisms: Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge and address workplace morale. Training & Development: Oversee regular training and development programs to enhance employees' professional and soft skills. Performance Management: Program Design: Design and manage an effective performance management system to drive high performance.
