Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and mentoring advisors, planning and executing promotional activities, and developing strategic business plans to achieve both team and branch targets. You will be instrumental in driving sales performance, enhancing advisor capabilities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment, Training, and Development: Recruiting: Source, interview, and select life insurance advisors to build a robust team. Training: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing advisors, covering essential skills, company products, and sales techniques. Development: Mentor and support advisors to enhance their performance, offering guidance on career progression and professional growth. Promotional Activities: Planning and Execution: Strategically plan, design, and execute promotional activities to enhance advisor engagement and performance. This includes creating campaigns, organizing events, and facilitating workshops. Advisor Support: Assist advisors in leveraging promotional activities to increase their visibility and sales opportunities. Business Planning: Yearly Business Plans: Develop and implement yearly business plans to achieve long-term growth targets. This includes setting strategic objectives and outlining key initiatives. Fortnightly Plans: Create and adjust fortnightly business plans to address immediate goals and adapt to changing market conditions. Sales Target Management: Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the performance of the team, ensuring alignment with branch targets. Achievement: Drive and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to address any gaps. Training on Personal Development and Product Knowledge: Personality Development: Conduct regular training sessions focused on enhancing advisors' interpersonal skills, professionalism, and overall effectiveness. Product Knowledge: Provide ongoing education on the features, benefits, and selling points of insurance products to ensure advisors are well-informed and confident in their sales approach. | |
