The role also includes responding promptly to repair and maintenance requests, loading and unloading equipment and tools into work vehicles when needed, and following written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients. Collaboration with the maintenance team and contractors is essential, as is the ability to read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. Proficiency in using various tools, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools, is also required.
