Personalized Medical Education Technology Established in 2012 in India, the MOKSH group has been dedicated to bridging the global gap in healthcare professionals. Each student needed to successfully clear licensing exams such as FMGE or USMLE before practicing clinical skills. Shockingly, the success rate of students in these license exams, such as FMGE, stood at a meager 14.22%, necessitating a solution. In 2019, the Indian parliament passed a law mandating a license exam for all doctors (Indian and foreign graduates), known as NEXT (National Exit Test). This test would be compulsory for all graduates starting from June 2023. Suddenly, medical students came to terms with the fact that an MBBS degree alone did not grant them a license to practice in India; they needed to prepare for the exit exam.
