We’d be happy to provide transportation for you to paddle your own canoe/kayak on the Lower Wisconsin River.We’re going to say it right up front, we’re in business to rent canoes/kayaks. We’ll do our best to accommodate private boaters, but not at the detriment to our rental customers. This includes taking up seats in our vans when we could be moving rentals customers. We’re glad you enjoy paddling and purchased your own craft, but when you paddle on a river that only takes you further from where you put in, you need to factor in how you’re going to get moved up/down river so you can get your craft back on top of your vehicle. This includes when you’re paddling with someone else who’s renting boats from WRO. We assume you’ll pay for the convenience of not having to walk or bike back upriver to retrieve your vehicle. We generally stumble into those who are trying to work the system and get a free ride – please don’t be that person. Thank you for understanding our position.
